How to Live on Mars: A Trusty Guidebook to Surviving and Thriving on the Red Planet
by Robert Zubrin

A tongue-in-cheek technically accurate guidebook for Mars-bound Earthlings about how to survive and thrive on the Red Planet, written from the point of view of a 22nd-century Mars native.
(from Wikipedia)

Author Note: Zubrin is a NASA aerospace engineer and one of the major architects of Mars Direct (a cost/materials efficient plan for sending manned flights to Mars).
Personal Note: I am currently reading this, it reminds me a lot of the Zombie Survival Guide but science focused. I thought I should post it while it is on sale at Amazon in case anyone is interested. It is written like a guidebook, not in a narrative structure.
